Equipped with live tooling, twin spindles, and multi-axis capabilities, JIAX Industrial advanced CNC turning equipment can turn parts ranging from 0.0975 inches to 2 inches in outside diameter, and up to 36 inches in length. Automatic bar feeds allows us to run lights out 365 days of the year.
With the ability to work with a wide variety of materials, our CNC turning equipment can be employed in a broad array of applications, including industrial controls, medical components, engine components and construction equipment.
JIAX Industrial ServoCam CNC Screw Machines offer Brown & Sharpe speeds with the accuracy and flexibility of a conventional CNC lathe. Boasting faster set-ups and greatly reduced cycle times, these machines can pick off and slot, single point turn, and thread chase on parts up to 10 inches long.
